Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING and RETURNS

Peekaboo Baby Palace reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will be published on www.peekaboobabypalace.com with immediate effect. If you refuse to accept the policy, you will have waived the use of the services provided by Peekaboo Baby Palace at once. All buyers and/or suppliers are willing to accept the rules if they are using the services provided by Peekaboo Baby Palace.

Suppliers publish their own Return & Refund policies on their products’ detail page. Peekaboo Baby Palace's policy shall prevail in case of conflict with a supplier’s policy.

The Refund and Request policy is within 30 days of the purchase date (after sales). The buyer must complete a Return & Refund request within the allotted period. Upon receipt of the Return & Refund request, the supplier will provide a return shipping label. You can choose to exchange the product or get a refund to your original payment method. Please note that returned product(s) must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned product(s) do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


 * Discounted items from a final sale cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

AFTER-SALES:

For after-sales, the buyer should file a Return & Refund request within 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE (except for some suppliers who’s after-sales period may differ from the norm). If the filed Return & Refund request period exceeds the 30-day period of the purchase date, the supplier reserves the right not to provide an after-sales refund beyond the stated period. 

AFTER AN ORDER SHIPS:

If the Return & Refund request is received after an order ships and is within 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE, the buyer has the right to cancel the order by clicking the "Return & Refund" button in the buyer center, or by contacting Peekaboo Baby Palace customer service to cancel the order. Note, not all suppliers' policies accept order cancellations before shipment of orders. Provided the order is still within 30 days of the purchase date, and the Return & Refund request is also within the stated processing time, the supplier should agree or reject the cancellation request within 10 business days of buyer’s submission. If the supplier does not process the request after the buyer’s submission (accept or reject) the refund request will be reviewed by Peekaboo Baby Palace.

BEFORE AN ORDER SHIPS: 

If the Return & Refund request is received before an order ships and is within three days of the purchase date and before an order ships, the buyer has the right to cancel the order by clicking the "Return & Refund" button in the buyer center, or by contacting Peekaboo Baby Palace customer service to cancel the order. Note, not all suppliers' policies accept order cancellations before shipment of orders.  Provided the order is still within the stated processing time and the Return & Refund request is also within the stated processing time, the supplier should agree or reject the cancellation request within 10 business days of buyer’s submission. If the supplier does not process the request after the buyer’s submission (accept or reject) the refund request will be reviewed by Peekaboo Baby Palace.

If buyers are unsatisfied with the solution of and of the above after-sales issues, buyers have the responsibility to open a dispute with Peekaboo Baby Palace to help with the issue and decide if the after-sales issue(s) is valid and if eligible, for a refund. (See Non-Defective Remorse Return)

BUSINESS DAYS:

A business day is a day in which normal business operations are conducted. 

It usually refers to Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

DAMAGED/BROKEN GOODS:

If the buyer received damaged/broken goods and the buyer completes the Return & Refund request within three days of the date of delivery, the buyer must include compelling evidence showing the damaged/broken goods. The supplier has the responsibility to offer the buyer a prepaid return label within three business days allowing the buyer to return the damaged/broken goods. The supplier will refund the buyer when the return is shown “in transit” on the website with the prepaid return label provided by the supplier. 

If the buyer, however, still wants the items as per the original order and agrees to wait for the same period for delivery, the supplier shall redeliver the like order within five business days of the request. 

Suppliers have the right to refund orders if the redelivery of said products is out-of-stock or buyers can reorder products when the products become available after the supplier has restocked the same.

If the buyer cannot provide compelling evidence within the, the supplier and/or Peekaboo Baby Palace has the right to reject the Return & Refund request.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (package breakage/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods/quality problems)

Upon delivery of the buyer’s package, should the buyer detect a problem with the package (damaged package/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods or other quality problems), within three days of delivery the buyer has the right to complete a Return & Refund request for a refund. The supplier should provide a refund with valid proof, photos/videos of goods received that show the problem clearly. The supplier has the responsibility to offer the buyer a prepaid return label within three business days allowing the buyer to return the defective product(s). After the buyer files a Return & Refund request on supplier’s website, the supplier should check the proof and give a response within three business days. If the proof checked by the supplier and/or by Peekaboo Baby Palace does not show the problem clearly, the proof is invalid. The buyer has the right to provide, if any, more information for a second attempt to prove that the product is defective. 

If the buyer cannot provide compelling evidence, the supplier and/or Peekaboo Baby Palace has the right to reject the Return & Refund request.

If the buyer's second attempt to prove the product is defective and said proof shows the problem clearly, and the supplier and Peekaboo Baby Palace agree the proof to be valid, the supplier will provide a prepaid return label within three business days of receiving further proof. A refund will be issued when the return shows “in transit” on the website and confirmed by the tracking number within three business days. If for any reason the goods do not need to be returned, the supplier should refund the order within three business days.

If the second attempt still did not provide sufficient proof of the product being defective, the supplier/Peekaboo Baby Palace, upon agreement, will not consider refunding the buyer. Whether the evidence is compelling or not is the decision of Peekaboo Baby Palace.

If the buyer requests redelivery of the product shown on the original order, the supplier will redeliver within five business days of approval.

Suppliers have the right to refund orders if the redelivery of said products is out-of-stock or buyers can reorder products when the products become available after the supplier has restocked the same.

GOODS DESTROYED IN TRANSIT: 

If the package/goods are destroyed in transit, the buyer needs to provide proof, such as a screenshot of the destroyed package/goods to the supplier within 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. The supplier should refund the order within three business days of buyer's proof and completed Return & Refund request. If the buyer, however, still wants the items as per the original order and agrees to wait for the same period for delivery, the supplier shall redeliver the like order within five business days of the request. 

If the buyer cannot provide compelling evidence within the after-sales period policy shown, the supplier and/or Peekaboo Baby Palace has the right to reject the Return & Refund request.

If a second attempt still did not show the problem clearly, the supplier/Peekaboo Baby Palace has the right to reject the buyer's refund request.

If proof is valid, and the buyer requests redelivery of the product shown on the original order, the supplier will redeliver within five business days of approval.

Suppliers have the right to refund orders if the redelivery of said products is out-of-stock or buyers can reorder products when the products become available after the supplier has restocked the same.

NON-DEFECTIVE REMORSE RETURN (AFTER-SALES):

Peekaboo Baby Palace shall not require suppliers to accept after-sales Return & Refund requests for "non-defective remorse returns". A “remorse” return is described as a feeling of regret about a purchase you’ve made. Suppliers have the right to reject a non-defective remorse request. Peekaboo Baby Palace will abide by the supplier's policy under this condition.  If, however, a supplier accepts an after-sales request for "non-defective remorse returns" and the Return & Refund request is within 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE the buyer will be subject to "restocking & repacking fees", under Peekaboo Baby Palace's policy. The supplier will deduct “restocking & repacking fees” not to exceed 35% of the total order price. Ohio law does not prohibit restocking fees, or fees for returning an item to the shelves. 

SUPPLIER is UNABLE to FULFILL ORDER:

If a supplier is unable to fulfill an order and the buyer’s order is within 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE, the supplier has the right to cancel and refund the order. The supplier should agree or reject the cancellation request within three business days.

Suppliers have the right to refund orders if the redelivery of said products is out-of-stock or buyers can reorder products when the products become available after the supplier has restocked the same.

WARRANTY:

Peekaboo Baby Palace shall not require suppliers to provide a warranty. If, however, a supplier offers a warranty Peekaboo Baby Palace will have no control over the management of a supplier’s warranty. Peekaboo Baby Palace shall restrict the refund time and redelivery time under any warranty, including, but not limited to, whether an order is refundable based on supplier's policy or Peekaboo Baby Palace's policy or agree on refund or redelivery between supplier and buyer or others. 

If the buyer requests redelivery, the buyer will advise if changes need to be made to buyer’s delivery address. The supplier should begin redelivery within five business days of the requested date.

WRONG RECEIPT INFORMATION:

If the supplier puts a wrong receipt on an order after the purchase, the buyer should contact the supplier via "Contact Seller" or contact Peekaboo Baby Palace customer service to request the supplier to update the order with the correct receipt information. 

If the order has already shipped out, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the supplier via "Contact Seller" to update the order with the correct receipt information. 

If the goods are in good condition and returned, the supplier shall refund the order within three business days of receiving the goods with buyer’s Return & Refund request, or if buyer requests redelivery the supplier will redeliver within five business days of receiving the goods with correct receipt. Please note the buyer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.  

If, however, the buyer did not notify the supplier via “Contact Seller” that the delivered goods included a wrong receipt, the buyer can try to send back the products at his/her own expense. 

Please note the correction of receipt information and/or order cancellation are not guaranteed.  

If the order cannot be corrected or returned, the buyer will bear the losses.  

WEBSITE ISSUES

HOLIDAYS and OTHER SITUATIONS:

When encountering holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations, the buyer shall contact Peekaboo Baby Palace.com or contact the supplier through their Peekaboo Baby Palace account with the order "Contact Message" option to solve issues arising from these situations or other unexpected issues.

Peekaboo Baby Palace will try its best to aid buyers in these situations promptly. After notifying Peekaboo Baby Palace, buyers should expect a decision from Peekaboo Baby Palace no later than two weeks.

INVALID TRACKING INFORMATION:

If Peekaboo Baby Palace verifies the tracking number is wrong, and the supplier does not provide the correct one within four business days, Peekaboo Baby Palace will refund the order.

Note: This clause is not applicable for special times/periods such as holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

TOO LONG OF SHIPPING PERIOD:

If the shipping period exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and the supplier does not provide updated valid tracking information, the buyer may apply for a refund by completing a Return & Refund request. Peekaboo Baby Palace requires the supplier to refund the order within three business days of buyer’s request.

Note: This clause is not applicable for special times/periods such as holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

UNTIMELY TRACKING INFORMATION:

If there is no update of the tracking information for more than seven business days after the label was created on the website, and the buyer applies for a refund, Peekaboo Baby Palace will require the supplier to refund the order within three business days of the buyer’s request.

HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE

1. Complete the Return & Refund request form showing the item you would like to return.

 The supplier will provide you with a free shipping label.


 2. Make sure the item you’re returning does not have any visible signs of use and has the original tag on.


 3. Package the product into the original packaging.


 4. Put the product into shipment packaging and stick the provided return shipping label on it.


 5. Bring your package to the post or order a free pick-up from your location.
 
 Upon return we will need seven days to process your return and assess the return for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
